VMI Down Under
Led the multi-hub implementation program in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
I coordinated a multisite team to establish warehouse racking systems design, installation, and commissioning in several vendor management inventory (VMI) consolidation hubs in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, partnering with several major logistics providers.
Business Continuity for a Transshipment Port
Developed and implemented a business continuity program for Malaysia's largest transshipment port.
I developed the port’s enterprise-wide business continuity program to address the terminal’s critical operational concerns, drive higher revenue and profit, control costs, respond to increasing regulatory issues, and plan for unpredictable business disruptions. I also tested and evaluated the functional continuity infrastructure and systems requirements for corporate compliance.
Additionally, I helped raise awareness in the port on the need to adopt business continuity outside the management and their extended team by running port resilience workshops and setting up port resilience forums. I also supported the CEO in raising awareness, developing tools for resilience planning, and establishing their business continuity framework and program.
Resilience for Oil and Gas Downstream
Developed supply chain business continuity from hub terminals.
I consulted on the oil and gas downstream business in Australia and New Zealand. I worked on ensuring the business continuity of their supply chain from the hub terminal by introducing a localized business control environment for operations.
