Managed the game's localization into ten languages.

I selected vendors and managed the translation, localization QA, and bug fixing for all ten languages in scope. Teams were distributed, which required some flexibility to allow the process to always run on time.

Dark Alliance

Launched the game in seven languages, successfully managing the entire localization lifecycle.

I selected vendors and managed all localization efforts, including translation, localization QA, bug fixing, and talent selection of voice-over actors. Voice-over talent selection involved processing feedback from various stakeholders like core team members and marketing, vendor, and regional office colleagues.

Dungeons & Dragons

Brought the localization of all Dungeons & Dragons books in-house.

I created localization workflows, selected vendors, and managed all efforts associated with the localization of Dungeons & Dragons books. This project also involved creating translation memories and glossaries and handling translation, typesetting, localization QA, and regional office reviews.
