9-1-1 System for the Dominican Republic
Launched several projects, including structured cabling, data center, and the PBX system, which added to the overall 9-1-1 service.
I was the SME for the bidders’ evaluation process and participated as the 9-1-1 project manager for subprojects. My responsibilities extended to coordinating deliverables by different contractors, including status reports, stakeholder management, and risk assessment.
As the project owner and scrum master on the help desk portal and the ITSM software projects, I ensured continuous deliveries by implementing Agile methodologies.
I drafted the project charter and the bidding process request for proposals, as well as formulated the estimated budgets for management approvals.
Health Laboratory App
Managed several mobile releases consisting of requirement updates and bug fixes for one of the largest health laboratories in the Dominican Republic.
I acted as a scrum master on a project for implementing new features and fixing mobile app bugs for Android and iOS. The technical team included a tech lead, a QA engineer, and four software developers.
My responsibilities included using Scrum practices to guide the team in transforming the requirements into user stories and later developing and implementing those user stories into releases.
