I managed a team of five people and was responsible for weekly reports, stakeholder management, IT compliance, cost planning, and E2E delivery.
I used a scrum-based approach with biweekly sprints and Kanban for0 supporting ongoing service change requests. I organized and managed time wisely. My experience with stakeholder management proved highly beneficial for this position.

I used a scrum-based methodology to lead the team and deliver the business requirements on time and within budget. The scrum process helped to focus on providing value to our customers quickly and efficiently. The use of Scrum also allowed us to adapt to changes easily, which was essential in a rapidly changing business environment. I also implemented a kanban system to help visually track the progress and optimize our workflow. Thanks to these methods, I successfully met all of the deadlines and delivered a high-quality product.

I integrated over ten different systems and successfully launched the product on Zapier. The scrum methodology was key to our success, which enabled me to move quickly and iterate often. Additionally, the team was diligent about testing and QA, ensuring high-quality delivery. Great communication, both within the team and with the client, helped keep everyone on the same page.
