Nutrien AG Solutions: Merging PotashCorp & Agrium via Unified Digital Portals
Led the development of a user experience layer over two ERP systems, streamlining operations and customer interactions without requiring a full-scale migration.
As part of the PotashCorp and Agrium merger, I led the implementation of a unified digital experience for Nutrien AG Solutions. Instead of a large-scale ERP migration, the project focused on creating a seamless user experience layer over the two existing systems.
I managed a 15-person development team (including QA) and collaborated with numerous business stakeholders and cross-functional teams from both companies.
The project successfully provided a centralized, user-friendly solution that integrated operations, allowing the company to continue leveraging its existing ERP investments.
