    • Led two Toptal client Lightning Starts in 2019.
    • Served as the lead project manager for eight months in 2019 for Toptal client who is a first-to-market mover for a new blockchain.
    • Created and maintained the initial backlog by leveraging techniques such as user story mapping, user journeys, and traditional Scrum/user story techniques such as the INVEST critereia.
    • Populated and maintained the main project workflow tool.
    • Held coherence on all major Scrum rituals (including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily standup, release planning, sprint demo and sprint retrospective).

  • Complementary Currency Manifestation
    Led transition from monetary reform activists’ project into a legitimate startup with onboarded customers.

    The company deploys locally-focused payment card associations on meta-blockchain technology that route: [1] US Dollars (issued as crypto-tokens), which solves settlement and clearing delays for banks using traditional payment cards [2] people-powered complementary currency, which helps solve problems of lack of local access to growth capital as well as income inequality.

    Agile tools that I administered through the 5.5 years of this project were:

    * Atlassian (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence)
    * CardboardIt (for user story mapping)

  • Toptal Projects
    Rolling out a SaaS platform leveraging a new blockchain.

    I've led the client through a Toptal lightning start and into the coding phase via Agile Scrum methodology. This includes creating the initial backlog based on received specs, prioritizing the backlog, and holding coherence on the major scrum rituals of backlog grooming, daily standup, sprint planning, release planning, etc.

    The product involves the rollout of a SaaS platform which intends to be one of the first successful use cases of an innovative new blockchain which is backed by heavy academic research and development.
