Complementary Currency Manifestation
Led transition from monetary reform activists’ project into a legitimate startup with onboarded customers.
The company deploys locally-focused payment card associations on meta-blockchain technology that route: [1] US Dollars (issued as crypto-tokens), which solves settlement and clearing delays for banks using traditional payment cards [2] people-powered complementary currency, which helps solve problems of lack of local access to growth capital as well as income inequality.
Agile tools that I administered through the 5.5 years of this project were:
- Atlassian (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence)
- CardboardIt (for user story mapping)

Rolling out a SaaS platform leveraging a new blockchain.
I’ve led the client through a Toptal lightning start and into the coding phase via Agile Scrum methodology. This includes creating the initial backlog based on received specs, prioritizing the backlog, and holding coherence on the major scrum rituals of backlog grooming, daily standup, sprint planning, release planning, etc.
