Bloco K | Volvo

Launched a fiscal project for Volvo do Brasil to ensure that all financial, marketing sales, and fiscal records complied with the Tax Office requirements in Brazil.

I executed the project, ensuring that legal, compliance, fiscal, and financial factors aligned with the business strategic plan. The project was delivered on time, meeting quality standards and staying within the expected budget. It facilitated the company's alignment with legal regulations and enhanced customer experience, explicitly addressing SPED Fiscal/Bloco K requirements. It has been in production since January 2019 and has yielded significant success.

Project Management Office Implementation

Coordinated market best practices to establish a project management office in an iron ore mining area. I provided coaching and tutorials and implemented methodologies for project planning, execution, and delivery across the organization.

The project reduced cost and time leakage by about 30% in a R$5,5 billion portfolio by implementing best practices and market-standard metrics via independent project analysis (IPA), among other things. I organized infrastructure, geotechnical, and DAM programs.

Conslutancy ERP PeopleSoft GST Automation

Executed a project for SunCorp Brisbane, Australia, automating GST calculations, necessitating the development of a comprehensive new data modeling concept to encompass the entire solution.

During this implementation, I had to go through successive sessions with the DBA and DA Suncorp Teams to prove the feasibility and applicability of a completely new data model to be created in the company. It was a new concept to store incremental GST calculation data, so the company had traceable data in its PeopleSoft Solution.

As one of the owners of Nao de Queijo, a small vegan biscuit industry based in the South Region of Brazil, I helped and supported the implementation of our eCommerce application. Our aim was to expand our customer base to the Southeast Region of Brazil. The results have shown a broad trend of increasing revenue and reducing marketing and sales costs.
