Created a detailed report analyzing New York City (NYC) neighborhoods with the most crime calls in 2022, categorized by type of incident.
I analyzed NYC 911 call data for 2022 across all five boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island. I used SQL to query and organize large datasets, identifying neighborhoods with the highest volume of police incidents. Next, I categorized calls by type, including domestic violence, noise complaints, theft, and public disturbances. Finally, I built a visual dashboard in Tableau to highlight incident frequency and hotspot areas by borough and presented findings in a clear, easy-to-understand format for non-technical audiences.
