Walgreens purchased Beauty.com and some of the luxury brands which were sold through that site were hesitant to convert over because they felt they would cheapen their brand name. By leveraging new acquisitions like Beauty.com, helped grow total market share to ~20%.
- Redesigned the package tracking experience for when a customer orders an item online.
- Designed an informative and science-friendly landing page for skin ID—a project where we partnered with high stakeholders.
- Assisted in the ideation and brainstorming sessions for recreation of our coupon and weekly ad experience. This project included collaboration from preliminary user testing feedback, a large UX team, higher-up management, the mobile-app team, and other designers. The challenge was to find a design that satisfied all.
