Came Across toptal March 2018 when I was looking to quickly augment my development team with strong talent and could not fill the role locally. Was able to get a relevant developer with a great fit within 6 days which we worked with for 6 months. Midway through the work, I've searched for another developer and again, within 8 days got another relevant candidate that has been working with my team long after I've left the company. Most recently, required a DB and tableau developer for an analytics initiative and got a candidate within a week.
