HashiCorp Zero Trust Security Day in Houston

Headed the planning and execution of the Zero Trust Security Day in Houston with HashiCorp co-founder Armon Dadgar.

As part of our regional field marketing plan, we hosted about 50 technical decision-makers from priority accounts in the Houston region. I partnered with sales representatives and coordinated outreach, invites, and follow-ups with invitees. For the day of execution, I orchestrated offsite meetings with our CTO and account executives and organized the whole event.

WorkBoard Launch at HashiCorp

Oversaw the launch of the WorkBoard platform to the entire demand generation team.

Our new platform, WorkBoard, was designed to track and monitor OKRs for the teams. I spearheaded the implementation and training of the demand generation team, including creating and planning the OKRs.

Scorecard Planning for Marketing Team

Created and forecasted key performance indicators for the marketing team.

As chief of staff, I created the marketing team's topline and secondary scorecard, including pipeline and revenue. Utilizing historical data and our proposed budget, I aligned our goals with targets and set up attainment tracking by the marketing function.
