I restructured their reporting process by utilizing data visualization to streamline client data into automated, live reports that helped the company save time and effort with its monthly reporting process. Also, I used integrated marketing strategies and analyzed marketing campaigns in a way that was unique to each channel and campaign manager so that the agency could provide better, more actionable insights from their marketing campaigns, which led to increased campaign performance and customer satisfaction.

I set up and optimized Facebook and Instagram advertising to increase Generac generator lead inquiries. Their number one goal was to be found by individuals seeking automatic standby generators within a 60-mile radius of their location. I gained 369 website leads with a $3,000 budget, with the cost per lead at $8.10. This was way below the average cost per lead in this industry, which typically runs between $50-$150 per lead, depending on the marketing channel. The campaign resulted in 18 Generac generators sold, installed, and on annual maintenance contracts.
