One of Kata’s most challenging projects involved working with the European Knowledge Center, an organization that had virtually no digital presence. They lacked a website, consistent messaging, email infrastructure, and a cohesive online strategy, which made it difficult for them to reach their audience and communicate their value effectively.

Kata began by conducting a full discovery process to understand their goals, target groups, and existing communication gaps. She then built their digital foundations from the ground up: defining their brand messaging, creating a clear content strategy, designing their website, and establishing the technical systems needed for ongoing communication.
