I focused on creating impactful landing pages for eCommerce clients. One highlight was a bridal studio that struggled to drive leads. By conceptualizing and refining its landing pages—improving clarity, structure, and user flow—I helped increase the studio's engagement and conversion rates. This experience sharpened my copywriting and editing skills and showcased my ability to craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with target audiences.

A significant part of my role involved incorporating ChatGPT into content workflows. I developed GPT "agents" to quickly shape, format, and generate high-quality, reliable content and a consistent voice and tone for each client's brand. These AI-driven processes allowed me to streamline production times for construction clients (tiles and glass) while maintaining creativity and accuracy. By collaborating on prompt strategies, I automated repetitive tasks, freeing more time for higher-level brainstorming and refinement efforts.

I conceptualized and edited email marketing campaigns for various industries, from IT and storage solutions to Medicare, health supplements, and pharma. My responsibilities included writing compelling ad copy, filling asset sheets, and collaborating with client teams to ensure the final messaging was on point. Through this work, I honed my ability to adapt voice and style to each unique audience, contributing to improved open and click-through rates.
