Executed multiple product launches of an end-to-end multichannel experience spanning in-store and online channels.

The app experience overhaul elevated the Apple App Store rating to 4.7 stars. Through 2019, we also saw online booking volumes expand by 55% on iOS and 40% on the web, and the online-to-total booking sales volume grew from 8% to 15%.

Additionally, I drove the decision-making and prioritization for a 25-member engineering team by launching multiple channels, including iOS, Android, web, and the Java API layer.

US-based Airline Companion App

Coordinated engineering partnerships for Google Maps, indoor maps with LocusLabs (now Atrius Wayfinder), and booking APIs in the app for commute and in-airport experiences.
