Spruce Rebrand

Managed the successful launch of a full rebrand across all products in less than six weeks.

I led the remote development team through the transition to agile and the rebrand that prepped Spruce for national rollout and Series A funding. The rebrand consisted of choosing a new name, designing the new logo and launching a new look and feel of the product.

Agile Coach

Coached the founder and CTO through the transition to agile.

The CEO and CTO determined that they wanted to roll out scrum ceremonies and the agile methodology to their distributed teams. I helped teach the processes and worked with the CTO as he defined their processes and got comfortable with agile.

Conversion Rate Optimization

Led the AB testing initiative that doubled sign-ups and account creation.

I partnered with the CTO and a designer of a small startup to improve their sign up flow. We launched various tests and landed on the optimized flow. Our final product updates resulted in a doubled conversion rate of the sign-up flow.

WordPress Site and Marketing Automation

Created a new WordPress site and stood up for HubSpot marketing automation.

I consulted with a budding founder who wanted a new website. The project delivered a rebranded WordPress site and complete HubSpot integration with email drip campaigns and prospect tracking for the sales team.
