Enpal envisioned an app that lets homeowners check independently if an Enpal solar energy solution can be placed in their house. With this vision, I scoped a project set up and led the team to launch an MVP within three months. We continued to iterate the apps and even integrated a mixed reality feature that allowed users to virtually see what the installation would look like in their house.
