    Developed a hybrid-delivery (video/presence) course for digital product managers and delivered it globally (>150 PMs).

    Adapted an International Software Product Management Association (ISPMA)-based course for a global location services company, blending video content with a 3-day instructor-led course that led to ISPMA certification.

  • Portfolio Process Definition
    Defined and piloted the portfolio process for a global "high assurance" communication system vendor's flagship business unit.

    Defined a holistic portfolio process to rationalize investments in products and innovation for a business unit generating tens of millions of euros in revenue annually. Included best practices from previous employers, adapting the process to be leaner and more agile.

    Defined a lean business case process for a global automotive drivetrain testing company.

    Defined the roles, activities, and artifacts for a lean process for defining product business cases for new businesses, accelerating time to market and right-sizing business case effort.

    Defined and implemented a model for creating clear metrics around product/market fit in the B2B space.

    A client had several offerings that were underperforming, and the CPO wanted to determine if product/market fit was a contributor. I created a model to define measurable "Product/Market Fit Condition" and measure confidence of key delivery and GTM stakeholders in that definition.
