MVP Discovery for Marketing Professionals Platform in the Performing Arts Industry
Led a team of design, full-stack, AI, and DevOps engineers throughout the discovery phase, which produced a comprehensive MVP development roadmap with estimations.
I led the discovery phase, conducting daily interviews for in-depth insights into the market and the client’s strategic objectives. These insights informed my subsequent efforts, including:
• Conducting comprehensive market and competitive research.
Designing detailed user and AI interaction flows.
• Creating detailed user stories.
The culmination of this phase was a suite of strategic deliverables:
• Comprehensive roadmap
• Development estimates
• Tech and product staffing plan
These deliverables were instrumental in shaping the client’s fundraising strategy and establishing an actionable blueprint for building the MVP.
The main challenge lay in balancing an ambitious MVP scope with investor-friendly timelines. To address this, I developed a phased development plan:
• Phase 1: Delivering a feature-rich MVP to attract early adopters and investors.
• Phases 2 and 3: Implementing growth-focused and AI-reach features to drive scalability and user adoption over time.

Feature Development in a Headless Commerce Architecture
https://www.azrieli.com/Led the back-office replatforming efforts of an online ecommerce marketplace throughout development, launch, and growth.
Some highlight projects included spearheading the implementation of custom logistics flows and integrations to support various delivery models and pricing structures. I also developed custom promotional flows using Sylius, providing flexibility for both sellers and Azrieli.com's marketing team. Additionally, I implemented bespoke payment and refund flows, accommodating credit card, PayPal, and gift card transactions. My work also encompassed designing custom order management workflows to efficiently handle complex orders involving multiple vendors.
My contributions were instrumental in enhancing the platform's capabilities, ultimately driving operational efficiency and delivering a seamless experience for both vendors and customers.
Customizable Promotional Labels and Dynamic Landing Pages
Created a tiered and fully customizable promotion label management mechanism, combined with dynamic, temporary promotion landing pages.
To achieve this, I designed an asynchronous integration between the CMS (Kontent), which the marketing team used as a UI to manage label content and design, the eCommerce engine (Sylius), which handled products and promotions, and the front end (Angular). This robust system allowed promotional labels to be displayed consistently throughout the entire purchase path, from listing to checkout pages, enhancing the user experience and marketing effectiveness.
A dynamic landing page mechanism was added, automatically creating temporary listing pages for each label. These pages displayed all products tagged with a particular label, providing customers with a focused shopping experience and improving the visibility of promotions.
The new process decreased the daily manual effort to manage promotional labels, ultimately boosting the company's promotional capabilities and operational efficiency.
ERP Integration and Logistic Flows
Designed and implemented a seamless inventory management flow, with the primary objective of achieving inventory synchronization across multiple systems for approximately 80,000 products, ensuring real-time accuracy and efficiency.
Significant challenges were encountered, particularly due to the major differences in capabilities and specifications between the involved systems. Managing live orders, including unhappy scenarios like cancellations and returns.
To address these issues, I meticulously studied the capabilities and limitations of each system involved by thoroughly reviewing extensive documentation to ensure a deep understanding of the technical requirements and constraints. I also conducted numerous interviews with business stakeholders and technical experts in the different systems to gather insights and align the integration strategy.
I successfully planned and led the feature's release with minimal interruption to business processes and customer activity.
MVP Development for EVE
Co-founded and led the development of an e-mobility intelligence solution to empower corporate fleet electrification.
In the early phases of the project, I led customer discovery efforts, market analysis, financial modeling, and, later on, fundraising and sales. The startup gained the support of the Alchemist Accelerator in San Francisco, which valued it at $6 million.
As CPO, I set up a product advisory board with experts in fleet electrification from Unilever, Lyft (US), ESB Energy (IE), and Maingau Energie (DE), and I recruited the company's CTO to develop the MVP with me.
To date, the startup has secured letters of intent from two customers to implement the solution on their fleets.
Asynchronous Caching with Google Travel
Led the development and release of asynchronous caching and data exchange with the Google Travel API.
The asynchronous caching and data exchange feature aimed to reduce the checkout abandonment rate due to price and availability inaccuracies. The feature was a success and increased the conversion rate from 1.2% to 3.5% YoY. It was later rolled out to all other key distribution channels with similar results.

Medigo outsourced product development to a software development service provider. As a PM on behalf of the service provider, I was involved in client relationship management, PRD formation, work planning, team management, and on-time delivery of the MVP.

Led the development, launch, and content strategy of a Romanian TV channel's website.

The relaunch included a shift from Magento to Symfony, which involved building the website infrastructure, architecture, and GUI from scratch.
