Google needed to coordinate multiple teams and executive stakeholders around the rollout of new AI innovations aligned with Google I/O 2025 across EMEA. The initiative required alignment between communications, branding, marketing, production, and leadership teams while translating complex AI concepts into engaging executive-facing experiences under tight timelines.

• 20+ — Merchant Partnerships Enabled

Employers were seeking technology-enabled ways to improve employee wellbeing and engagement, but sustaining participation and building scalable reward ecosystems remained challenging. The product needed to validate user adoption, support merchant partnerships, and demonstrate product-market fit through early pilot deployments.

As a product and project manager during the early-stage rollout of the Strove employee wellness platform, I coordinated collaboration among product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to support the delivery of early mobile app iterations, merchant onboarding workflows, and fitness API integrations, including Strava. I helped define MVP priorities, pilot requirements, and feedback loops to improve adoption and support future scaling decisions.

We launched early product iterations that validated the platform through live pilot deployments and supported additional investment, merchant onboarding, and long-term platform scaling.
