As a Scrum Master and technical PM at Constellation Brands, I had the opportunity to lead a dynamic team of 10 developers in the successful development and delivery of the Galaxy platform. My responsibilities included overseeing the entire SDLC, from ideation to deployment, ensuring we adhered to the highest quality standards.
