As a Scrum Master and technical PM at Constellation Brands, I had the opportunity to lead a dynamic team of 10 developers in the successful development and delivery of the Galaxy platform. My responsibilities included overseeing the entire SDLC, from ideation to deployment, ensuring we adhered to the highest quality standards. This approach enhanced our ability to respond swiftly to changes and client feedback, ensuring that the platform evolved to meet user needs seamlessly. I facilitated regular Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to maintain clear communication and alignment within the team.

The Galaxy platform’s successful launch marked a significant achievement for Constellation Brands, providing clients with a powerful tool to drive their sales strategies and optimize offers. This project highlighted my ability to lead complex, high-stakes projects using structured methodologies like SAFe, while delivering solutions that add tangible value to clients. As a project leader, I successfully managed a diverse team of five remote developers and one local developer to deliver a high-quality application that received Amazon certification. This project required comprehensive coordination and collaboration across multiple time zones, ensuring all team members remained aligned with project goals and deadlines.

I facilitated regular communication through virtual meetings and utilized project management tools to keep track of progress, assign tasks, and address any challenges promptly. One notable project in the portfolio involved guiding a large financial services firm’s transition to Agile with IBM. This transformation project led to a 40% reduction in delivery cycles and significantly boosted team engagement and client satisfaction.
