Project History

  • Luminor Bank | Merger of Nordea and DNB (Banks in the Baltic States)
    Led the HR part of a merge of 2 banks across 3 countries in 3 areas—system carve-out, data migration, and service takeover.

    The overarching project involved the merger of two banks in the Baltic region with more than 15 legal entities across three countries. The individual sub-projects consisted of an HRMS carve-out, a data migration, and a service takeover by a customer (from the BPO to in-house data employee management).

    Led the entire creation of a new product, including the development, of a jukebox reincarnated in a digital form.

    I led the creation of a new digital product: a jukebox but reborn digitally called I helped the product owner and acted as the scrum master. The product consisted of a web app for bars and other entertainment venues, and a mobile app for customers who can simply choose a song and order it—essentially, bringing the good old jukebox into the 21st century.

  • Borealis | M&A of DEX Plastomers
    Led the FICO integration part of a DEX Plastomers acquisition by Borealis.

    I led the SAP FICO process integration and data migration for DEX Plastomers integration into a Borealis SAP environment.

  • Morfius | M&A of NSN and Motorola Networks
    Led the accounts payable stream for a Motorola Networks integration into NSN systems.

    I was responsible for the AP stream of the integration project for NSN which was acquired by Motorola Networks; this included a worldwide integration into NSN systems.

  • Bernstein
    Implemented an insurance system, supported the project substreams, and also led a sub-stream.

    I implemented the Alice Insurance engine, based on SAP, for an international insurance company. The goal of the project was to create the insurance system's global template and implement in the first country.

    The project had already been twice delayed by the time our team was asked to step into the project to oversee the completion of the global template and its implementation. After we came aboard, the project was finished on time and we achieved a technical go-live for the first country.
