The client needed to execute a massive robotic process automation (RPA) pipeline requiring the simultaneous delivery and migration of over 100 automated bots. Operating across highly regulated, distributed environments, the primary challenges were cross-functional alignment, tracking complex blockers, and establishing predictable sprints.

I served as Scrum Master, leading 3 delivery pods and 1 migration support pod. I also established structured Scrum and Kanban frameworks from scratch to streamline the automation pipeline. Finally, I spearheaded rigorous impediment tracking to eliminate delivery blockers, coached members on relative estimation, and managed stakeholder dependencies.

I successfully delivered and migrated 112 RPA bots ahead of schedule. I boosted team predictability through data-driven Agile ceremonies, concluding the high-stakes project with zero defects during Hypercare.

I managed the simultaneous execution of 2 complex, parallel projects across completely different domains: telecom order management and banking ATM screens. The primary challenges were balancing competing cross-domain priorities, preventing resource strain, and maintaining consistent alignment with product owners.

I facilitated a unified Agile Scrum of Scrums for both project tracks to optimize delivery efficiency. I actively guided development teams and product owners on core Scrum frameworks, implementing robust prioritization techniques to handle multiple streams without loss of focus while boosting overall Agile Scrum maturity.

I drastically sharpened cross-domain execution and prioritization. I strengthened the team’s overall delivery mindset, maintaining a 100% on-time cadence for weekly client releases across both platforms.

This product company had an e-Discovery product suite using a traditional Waterfall delivery model. This resulted in siloed communication, a lack of transparency into the product backlog, and unpredictable release cadences across multiple engineering tracks and the product documentation team, limiting overall delivery efficiency.

I led the end-to-end Agile transformation from scratch for 3 engineering teams and a documentation team. I established structured Scrum and Kanban frameworks, implemented Jira for unified backlog tracking, and provided hands-on coaching to instill a sustainable, high-maturity Agile mindset across all cross-functional tracks.

I successfully transitioned legacy workflows to high-performing Scrum teams. I drastically improved cross-functional transparency, delivery predictability, and alignment, enabling a complete shift to an Agile mindset.
