As a project manager, I led the team in deploying an MVP and providing users with monthly updates. We created a partnership with Google, allowing us to include the entire public transport line with schedules. This feature has become the most-used channel for requesting public services to date.

Built Brazil's first accounting system that uses AI to reduce the finance department's and accountants' manual work.
The software uses AI and optical character recognition to read documents and check regulations and companies’ government registrations. The system verifies balance sheets, financial statements, and invoices, reducing the accountants’ daily manual work by almost 80%.

I was the principal lead of this innovative platform that consists of a social network combined with a competition management tool, AI, and blockchain to create a unique experience for athletes. The project is now live and getting new users. It was first developed as an MVP and, with the customer feedback, came planning, implementing, and delivering new roadmaps.
I was also tasked with brand marketing and making pitches for investors and the company’s program manager.

iTrack is a fleet and logistics management system created using AI and georeferencing to optimize the management of freight, logistics, education, and last-mile delivery companies.

I led the project from the beginning. As it was a startup, I was Product Manager and Scrum Master simultaneously. In each squad, we had about eight people acting simultaneously.
