This project involved coaching two teams from the Embedded Software Group, which was growing fast and required an expert scrum master to support and develop a new team and improve the effectiveness of self-made agile teams. I managed to get them to implement the Scrum framework fast and improve their overall performance.

Improved the performance, quality, and predictability using the Kanban and Extreme Programming (XP) practices while simultaneously coaching three teams of different maturity levels.

eDreams ODIGEO began its transformation in 2015, and I joined as a Kanban coach to support the organization at all levels. This was the most significant Kanban adoption in Europe at that time.

I managed to turn around a death-march Waterfall project by coaching the team and their managers in Agile and Kanban and completely changing the approach. The team eventually delivered their project, which seemed impossible when I joined. Also, I led the initiative to grow and develop team leadership across the technology organization by designing a program approved by the executive team and supporting its rollout.
