Salesforce 2015 Deployment

Successfully deployed Salesforce CRM technology for a unique B2C business case.

Role: Project Manager

I managed the client-side for the implementation of Salesforce CRM in 2015.

It was a challenging project with substantial modifications on customer service layer to accommodate B2C subscriptions for daily food delivery service at high schools in the Toronto area.

2016 Filemaker Food Production Database

Successfully rebuilt and scaled up a custom Filemaker database for a food company.

Role: Project Manager

In 2016, we had a $200,000+ budget to update and increase the scale of use for a Filemaker database. It needed to include purchasing, warehouse, customer service, and issue-tracking needs.

I acquired significant Filemaker exposure, development skills, and a network of experts in my local area.

New Heights Climbing Academy Website

Successfully rolled out a small business website for a local rock-climbing education company.

Role: Project Manager

I assessed the needs of a small-medium sized business for online lead generation and conversion. I worked with a boutique web developer to stay within a limited budget for a web and social media rollout.

2020 Realfoodkitchen.ca Launch

http://realfoodkitchen.ca

Led launch of Shopify-based Realfoodkitchen.ca home food delivery website and service. Hit the $100,000 revenue target in the first month.

I pivoted a catering hot lunch company to frozen home deliveries after COVID-19 impacted the food delivery market in Toronto in 2020.

This included rapid Shopify development on the front end and rapid physical product development on the back end.
