  • Agile Almanac Book 2: Programs with Multi and Virtual-Team Environments
    Wrote a chapter and contributed to many other sections.

  • Project Manager - eCommerce UX Review
    Led a discovery process to map project objectives, personas, features, and journeys; helped the team deliver a 2-month MVP.

    Acted as a facilitator during the discovery phase which we invested 2 weeks of part-time dedication among customer service team, CEO, and our cross-functional software development team.

    After approval of the MVP scope and objectives, we delivered the project in 2 months.

  • Project Manager - Oil and Gas Legacy System Migration
    Acted as a technical project manager, helping the team structure QA strategy, DevOps strategy, and delivery.

    Acted as a hands-on technical project manager, structuring continuous integration server, deploy, backups in the cloud, managed team recurring meetings (daily standup, tech standup, planning, retrospective, and review).

  • Project Manager - Integration Between an Acquired Startup With a Large Enterprise
    Acted as a project manager, helping the client to map business needs into requirements and helped the team with go live.

    Managed an experienced software development team composed of four developers, one QA, and on-demand infrastructure and UX who built restful APIs with a customer-facing front-end and an admin interface for configuration purposes. The client was one of the largest hotel groups in the world.

  • Project Manager - Information Security Assessment
    Led a penetration testing project with an African bank in Angola.

    The goal of the project was to validate there were no flaws on an online banking system. The project was so successful that the launch of the online banking ended up being postponed.
