We demonstrated measurable improvements in both operational efficiency and customer experience by the end of Q3. Admins effectively managed agent operations and ensured continuity (dynamic schedule adjustments, improved adherence tracking, and faster decision-making).

We achieved a more secure, scalable platform with reduced manual access management. Safer, faster deployments and cleaner rollbacks for telephony flows. Also, simpler, more reliable routing configuration directly in AWS Connect.
