The entire program consisted of three core project areas: Overall site redesign, client DevOps enhancements and support, content management system analytics, and strategy definition. I was accountable for all stages of the program, beginning with project definition (budget, timeline, scope, and resourcing) to project design (wireframing, prototyping, and design), then project execution (development and QA), and finally, project closing (post-mortem, launch, and internal training).

This project was implemented with 15 collaborators over a two-year period. We delivered two major feature release milestones in the neighborhood of 1,200 user stories using an Agile Kanban workflow while managing a multi-million dollar budget.
