    Launched a digital-only retail bank in the UK.

    I project-managed an extremely complex project from the project discovery to the final launch.

  • Margin Rules Programme
    Project-managed the creation of a workflow system which processes 4-5 million OTC financial derivative contracts each day.

    I led the creation of a workflow based system which determined regulatory eligibility for Margin Rules. The system evaluates 4-5 million OTC financial derivative contracts every day, making a total of a billion automated decisions monthly with 99.8% accuracy.

    Key Responsibilities:
    · Managed an Agile project team located across the globe (the team members were based in Singapore, Japan, India, the UK, and the US).
    · Led workshops and interviewed SMEs to develop a product backlog.
    · Presented TOM proposals and solicited key-decision sign-offs from senior stakeholders across the business, operations, technology, and legal areas.
