I have successfully led three agile development teams as the lead product owner and managed two of the company’s largest software projects as the project manager.

I was responsible for operating the legacy platform, relaunching the front end, and setting up the Shopify shop for esn.com. This included requirements engineering, managing the product development of the front-end transformation project (to a headless single-page application), and change management for the stakeholders. With one of my teams, we have integrated OpenAI ChatGPT API for customer support chat. I was the direct liaison for weekly C-level reporting and cross-departmental requirements management for all teams and projects.

We integrated Google Analytics 4 after aligning an implementation guide with the analytics department and transitioned to Shopify Checkout Extensibility, which incorporates all native and 3rd-party payment services.

The customer company wanted to implement and normalize the eCommerce landscape for five large companies throughout Europe with the About You SCAYLE platform. I was the project manager and business analyst for this multimillion eCommerce platform transformation project. I handled fulfillment systems and processes, including API-centric product development within the topic stream.

I conceptualized and implemented the API-first mindset for Otto eCommerce and managed stakeholders across all hierarchies and for over 15 teams. I performed change management for functional and operational development teams throughout the Otto organization. I also led knowledge management initiatives covering all existing processes, tech stack, and API core concepts.

Besides setting up the project’s structure, I was in charge of the entire requirement engineering process throughout the old company. I conceptualized the product development scope, set up the Agile operations, advised on the team setup and hiring process, and constructed basic cost and risk planning documents. I still presently support the project leader in stakeholder communication and monthly coaching sessions.

I was the technical project manager and operational and strategic consultant, advising ayudo Online Marketing with two of their retail projects. My operational role included managing the project cost, delivery, and requirements and selecting the service provider.

I was the product lead for the platform transformation at Douglas. This required large-scale project management for the operational implementation of the SAP Commerce Cloud solution for all Douglas stores in various countries. I was also the key person managing requirements and product development.

I worked on process analysis, visualization, and optimization between the product management and digital analytics departments at Douglas in Dusseldorf, Germany—which had over 100 and over 20 people, respectively. I mediated workshops and critical meetings and personally coached both departments’ team leads.

I was the back-end development team’s scrum product owner. I managed all international stakeholders, focused on order management, payment processes, reporting, and BI data at Douglas, one of Europe’s biggest cosmetics and beauty product retailers.

I was the front-end development team’s scrum product owner, handling the search feature’s front and back end for Douglas eCommerce. I worked on Beauty Card Germany’s cross-channel go-live in parallel with the final development of Douglas’s beauty card CRM loyalty program features.

I was a consultant for rollout strategy, key account management, and acquisition of startups, venture capitalists, and innovation experts. I helped operatively and through concept work to set up the Symbioticon event series for Star Finanz, the IT service provider for Germany’s bank chain, Sparkasse.

I was a moderator, organizer, and consultant. I moderated the event and pitch competition and handled team coaching in product development. I also performed key account management for startups (the developers), venture capitalists, and innovation experts for jury or consulting positions, delivering content and helping with the overall organization of the SAP HACK_NCODE hackathon.

Startup Extreme is a unique startup and tech event in the Nordic Alps, connecting startups, investors, and thousands of tech enthusiasts since 2015. The collaboration between Startup Norway and Startup Extreme differs from typical tech conferences in that once a year since 2015, the most impactful and influential tech figures journey to Hemsedal, Norway, to create Startup Extreme.

The Bankathon network comprises friendly, no-nonsense hackers who want to push the industry ahead.

BNP Paribas hosted its first international hackathon in June 2015—a global event simultaneously held in eight countries—San Francisco, London, Paris, Brussels, Rome, Berlin, Warsaw, and Istanbul. Fintech firms competed to create solutions around the theme, “Streamlining the customer journey through co-creation with startups.” The hackathon comprised 96 startups and businesses across the BNP Paribas Group, from retail to corporate and institutional banking, combining tech startups agility with the insights and resources of an established and progressive banking group.

Startup Weekend Women connects designers, developers, entrepreneurs, and experts of all industries and services. It includes 54 hours of exchange, team building, hacking, product development, and creating your own idea or startup to pitch to a jury of investors and expert entrepreneurs. I was invited as a juror and mentor for Startup Weekend teams at Startup Weekend Women, Hamburg.
