With the mission to build a robust and mature Agile organization, I led the change management project to introduce the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) initiatives across the engineering and product management departments. The project involved implementing various Agile transformation initiatives, ensuring their successful launch, execution, and adoption.

As a lead, I ensured the initiative proposals were validated by the leadership and also promoted and adopted by volunteers, namely engineering managers within the engineering department. Stakeholders' engagement was key, which was well executed throughout the project, guaranteeing its success.

As part of this project, I implemented Agile standards for engineering teams to align ways of working and other engineering practices. The idea was to bring all the stakeholders together to adopt a common vocabulary and understand how to carry out day-to-day work deliverables in an Agile setup.

I conducted various training sessions and workshops with stakeholders to reach that goal. The practices introduced included standard Jira project configurations, standard estimation techniques with story point estimations, and standard Agile metrics.

Data collection was a transversal project that cut across multiple teams. As an Agile lead, I assisted the project-in-charge and different groups to follow efficient Agile practices and processes. As a result, I ensured smooth coordination among teams, managed dependencies, removed impediments, and led successful deliveries release after release.
