I was one of the first scrum masters inducted to build a scrum team from scratch. The project was designed and completed following the Agile management principles, leading to the first Agile transformation within the company. During this project, I collaborated closely with multiple scrum teams in the US and India in remote working conditions and with the product owner to ease the collaborative constraints that usually occur in cross-company projects from different geographic locations. I introduced many innovative ways to introduce an Agile environment by conducting multiple workshops in a virtual environment. Along with the said responsibilities, I also managed a team of 15 developers working on numerous projects.
