Project History
Hybris Implementation Project for Bunn
Migrated the B2C version of Bunn.com to the Hybris platform.
I managed a team of back-end developers, front-end developers, testers, and business analysts to relaunch the B2C version of Bunn.com built on top of the SAP Hybris eCommerce platform. With responsibility for the delivery aspect of the project, I led the kick-off, tracked progress, actively provided updates to relevant stakeholders, and conducted demos of the developed features and scope.
Danish Football Superleague Redesign
Launched the redesigned Danish Superleague website.
I managed a team of Node.js and React developers, testers, and designers to release the redesigned version of the Danish Superleague website. The project had very strict deadlines due to the nature of the league schedule.
Sportscenter for DR
https://www.dr.dk/sportenLaunched and managed the successful release to product of a web sportscenter for DR, one of Denmark's largest media companies.
I managed a team of full-stack developers, two QA engineers, and two designers to successfully deliver the dr.dk sportscenter, using an Agile approach. I was responsible for managing requirements, design validation, Scrum ceremonies, and the CI/CD process. The technology stack was JavaScript-focused.
