Project History

Enterprise Agile Coaching at John Deere

Implemented DevOps, TDD, and BDD practices, established six teams, and created OKRs, flow metrics, and core product metrics for governance.

As an agile and SAFe coach, I created training sessions on Agile and Kanban topics to introduce program and project management, facilitating the Agile transformation at John Deere. I also served as a product owner and scrum master implementing DevOps, TDD, and BDD practices.

Agile Coaching and Project Management at Bell Flight

Managed projects, thoroughly assessed the agility of enterprise dashboards, and coached IT teams on MissionLINK, IRMA, and TechPubs app.

The project at Bell Flight, a Textron Inc. subsidiary, included developing integrated applications and coaching agile teams, scrum masters, and product owners on Scrum and Kanban, as well as creating ceremonies and user stories in Jira.

I collaborated with six development teams to develop and complete major platform upgrades and releases in a continuous deployment environment. I also trained teams on DevOps practices, which included continuous integration, automation, and TDD and BDD techniques. As an agile coach, I advised PMO on best Agile practices and resource management using Jira and Microsoft's Project Web App. Finally, in collaboration with the C-level and operational alignment teams and 3rd parties, I created an enterprise dashboard in an integrated resource management alignment tool, enabling forecasting resources, risk issues, and financials for the Bell enterprise.

Program Management at Brighten

Created and launched a new utility retail company, Brighten, from scratch for the Pennsylvania market through TXU Energy.

As an agile program manager at TXU Energy for the Brighten project, I oversaw the full delivery lifecycle of development streams, marketing, financials, and reporting. Brighten was an entirely new business for the Pennsylvania market, so the project included support for hardware, software, offices, VoIP, sales, and marketing. I led a team of 100 developers and testers and worked directly with the C-level executives to mitigate risks and issues and track the project's progress.
