    • Led the complete redesign and information architecture overhaul of a complex engineering parts/components lifecycle management system, including direct collaboration with product owners, development team, testing team, Agile Scrum Master, other stakeholders, and power users (via user research). Desktop and Mobile.
    • Spearheaded the new design of a multi-faceted data entry system for an engineering parts/components attribute database with over 400 million individual parts/components (including data entry, search, classification, and quality review processes).
    • Defined the information architecture, workflows, and user interface design for both desktop and mobile interfaces of an international energy company with a secured oil well entitlement system.
    • Reorganized and redesigned several corporate portal intranets on SharePoint, Liferay, and OpenText Vignette portal platforms.
    • Designed the navigation system, information architecture, screen flows, and user permissions model for an online education data portal (with accompanying content management system) for the New York State Education Department.
    • Consulted for a multi-state energy company to conduct a comprehensive heuristic and strategic evaluation,of the primary customer service mobile interface.
    • Designed a corporate Gamification strategy and web-based system to track and analyze employee productivity and performance, including reporting outputs to executive leadership.
