Acted as the product owner for agile teams in the deployment of a new design for Norsk-tipping.no.
Managed and was responsible for the vision, roadmap, prioritizing, and release plans.
Constructed a relationship with ~120 stakeholders in customer service, product and brands, CRM, desk and responsible gaming.
Handled two procurement processes.
Contributed to the digitalizing of the customer base from 25% to 45%.
Increased the digital revenue from 18% to 39% in my time at Norsk Tipping.
