  • Designed a feature for investment account holders to add beneficiaries on the mobile app. It looked like a simple three-step process to users, but there were lots of validations and rules to comply with the industry's regulations in the back end.

  • Designed a mobile version of the onboarding flow to help mobile users easily set up their new accounts. That resulted in an increase of 700% in mobile credit card activation and 200% in e-Transfer and Autodeposit mobile registration.
