- Improved the insurance cross-sell experience for credit card clients activating their cards by working with content and visual designers to make the content easier to digest and the entire flow lighter.
- Contributed to the Agile transformation by helping designers adapt to the new ceremonies, write more meaningful and smaller user stories, estimate design effort in points, and provide support during delivery.

- Designed a feature for investment account holders to add beneficiaries on the mobile app. It looked like a simple three-step process to users, but there were lots of validations and rules to comply with the industry's regulations in the back end.
- Co-facilitated a design thinking workshop with the entire squad to kick off the beneficiaries project for a team alignment and consensus and set up high-level design requirements.
- Planned and executed unmoderated usability tests that would inform the design of the beneficiary project for the next iterations until delivery.

- Redesigned the e-Transfer feature in iOS and Android to make it easier for clients to send money using Interac e-Transfer. That resulted in a relevant drop in the number of calls, reduced abandon, and increased the Autodeposit registration.
- Designed a mobile version of the onboarding flow to help mobile users easily set up their new accounts. That resulted in an increase of 700% in mobile credit card activation and 200% in e-Transfer and Autodeposit mobile registration.
- Made improvements to the onboarding flow for desktop, based on data analysis and customer feedback.
- Supported developers by working with developers, BSA, and PO to adapt designs whenever the team faced technical challenges.
