- Documented the whole existing Paytient app user flow in a blueprint format document to evaluate problems, pain points, moments of delight and to be able to tackle improvements to the product in a prioritized and logical way.

knok Healthcare
- Created a comprehensive, responsive web design system to be used on all of knok's products.
- Improved knok's video consultation product with many new features, patient, doctor, and manager oriented.
- Did several user interviews with patients and doctors to gather valuable data on the most common issues with the product and how to improve it in a customer-oriented fashion.

Nagarro Digital Ventures
- Created Radius, a design system for RMS (Risk Management Solutions) that covered all kinds of design components, from color and typography to buttons, input fields, and menus, including design tokens.
- Designed ExposureIQ, one of RMS' next-generation products for insurance portfolio managers.
- Started the RMS initiative to have custom illustrations consistent with the Radius design system. Created the illustration guidelines as well as several sample illustrations.
- Pitched a major player in mobile devices in San Francisco for a mobile app intended to be paired with a tracking device for children.
- Contributed as part of the team tasked with improving Verizon's Digital Signage web platform.

Jumia
- Contributed as part of Jumia's development center, creating and improving digital products for 14 African countries.
- Designed Jumia One, an all-in-one e-wallet mobile app (iOS and Android) that allows users to top-up cell phone plans, make utility and internet payments, ask for loans, etc.
- Created a comprehensive style guide that was slowly introduced to Jumia's products, including color palettes, typography styles, and design components.
- Designed an internal web app that allows Jumia's agents in Africa to manage sales and clients.
- Redesigned Jumia Pay, a secure digital payments platform used as the main payment method on Jumia's products.

- Designed several mobile apps and websites in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.
- Redesigned the official FC Porto football club mobile app and web portal from the ground-up, a large-scale project that took more than a year to complete.
