- Managed 19 analysts and associates, coordinating workflow for the vertical, monitoring hours for overwork, negotiating a placement and compensation pool with other staffers, and conducting reviews and disciplinary actions, including terminations.
- Coordinated a sell-side M&A process, including financial analysis, presentations, due diligence, etc., for GreenSky—a point-of-sale financing platform that my team took public via an IPO in 2018—resulting in a $2 billion acquisition by Goldman Sachs.

- Coordinated with Goshawk Aviation's CFO to produce a dynamic, aircraft-level operating model incorporating the fleet of SKY Leasing, informing valuation for an around $3 billion asset acquisition.
- Led diligence efforts of a 100+ member advisory team for SoftBank's $3.3 billion acquisition of Fortress through around two months of expedited diligence; the acquisition paired an established asset manager with SoftBank's new Vision Fund.
- Coordinated with the founder, C-suite, and about a 100-member advisory team to complete S-1 filing, research analyst presentation materials, TTW, roadshow preparation, and syndicate diligence for roughly a 3 billion market-cap IPO of GreenSky.
