After 25 years of service, a well-established medical nonprofit faced a critical logo trademark infringement that threatened its brand identity and legal standing. This challenge required an immediate and comprehensive marketing overhaul, focusing on rebranding to navigate legal complexities while preserving the organization's brand recognition.

The rebranding process was carefully designed to retain the nonprofit's identity, ensuring supporters would still recognize and trust the brand. This balance was achieved by selecting new visual elements, messaging, and a logo that honored the organization's legacy while avoiding infringement. Simultaneously, the nonprofit revitalized its marketing and communications strategy to adapt to the evolving fundraising landscape. The strategy focused on diversifying fundraising channels, newsletters, events, social media, and digital platforms.
