Headed growth marketing for Talkiatry during a pivotal time of expansion for the company.

As the marketing lead, I owned Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and SEO channels for lead generation. I also increased lead volumes by three times in the first month, continuing growth over the next half year while decreasing costs per lead.

This demand generation helped Talkiatry expand to six new states and build brand awareness that enabled them to recruit more psychiatrists to the platform (growing supply side as well).

Merry People is a fashionable rain boot and gumboot startup in Australia. I worked as their CMO when their CEO was going on leave. I was entrusted with managing the marketing team and agency partners and driving the brand's strategic expansion into the US. As part of my six months there, I:
