Traditional news formats are not optimized for social media consumption, leading to low retention and reduced monetization among younger audiences. Media companies struggle to adapt content to fast-scrolling behaviors. The challenge was to create a scalable solution that improves engagement and aligns editorial content with social-first consumption patterns.

I developed a go-to-market strategy for a SaaS editorial framework enabling the creation of “smart news” formats optimized for social media. I also defined positioning, target audience, and the value proposition while building the website, landing page, and content strategy. I structured early-stage lead generation and validation processes to support adoption.

I acquired 4 beta testers within the first 6 weeks and initiated conversations with a major national media company. I also validated early product-market fit and demonstrated strong interest from digital-native publishers.

The challenge was launching a CBD cosmetics brand in a highly regulated market, where strict advertising policies limit paid media opportunities. The brand needed to build trust, differentiate from competitors, and generate awareness while ensuring compliance and enabling repeatable customer acquisition.

I led the project end-to-end, from brand creation to go-to-market execution. I defined positioning, naming, and visual identity, and developed the eCommerce platform. I also designed a compliant multichannel strategy combining paid media, influencer marketing, and email automation to drive acquisition while building long-term retention.

I successfully launched the brand and eCommerce, establishing initial traction through paid and organic channels. I built a scalable acquisition and retention system, laying the foundation for repeatable growth in a regulated market.

The client operated in a data-rich but insight-poor environment. Real estate professionals relied on fragmented and hard-to-interpret data, leading to slow decision-making, limited visibility on risks, and underutilized information. The challenge was to transform raw data into actionable insights with clear commercial value.

The approach was structured in 3 phases: research, positioning, and go-to-market execution. First, I analyzed the NYC real estate ecosystem to identify stakeholders, workflows, and data pain points. Then, I repositioned the platform as a decision-making intelligence tool, translating technical capabilities into clear business value. Finally, I designed a go-to-market strategy, including target segmentation, an investor narrative, and scalable outreach, and lead-generation systems to support early adoption and commercial rollout.

I enabled the analysis of 7,000+ properties and prioritization of 300 high-risk sites, resulting in 178 inspections and a 15% increase in violation identification. I also improved decision-making by turning fragmented data into actionable insights.
