Here are the key challenges encountered when launching and targeting 100,000 active card users:

Designed and executed a growth strategy that combined an extensive network of micro and small influencers with retargeting performance marketing campaigns, leveraging authentic influencer-generated content to maximize engagement, drive user acquisition, and achieve low-cost conversions at scale.

Built one of the most popular fintech brands for Generation Z, driving the app to rank among the top downloaded fintech apps for four consecutive months. Achieved 100,000 active users in under 12 months. Generated 20% additional free UGCs.

SEM Automation Tool

The core problems were:
• A massive catalog (100,000 SKU)
• Low stock and frequent stockouts

The consequence was that SEM campaigns continued to spend on items that could no longer be sold, resulting in a waste of ad budget and a poor user experience.

We developed a software platform that automates SEM campaigns by leveraging real-time inventory data from the eCommerce website. The system continuously monitors stock levels for every SKU and dynamically updates campaigns so ads only run for products that are currently available.

Delivered a significant improvement in media efficiency by automating SEM campaigns. Optimized monthly ad spend by 35%, as budgets were no longer wasted on products that were out of stock.

SEO Strategy and Implementation

Eventa relied heavily on paid acquisition channels to generate traffic and conversions. However, the CAC was too high, putting pressure on margins and making the business model unsustainable. As too much budget was absorbed by paid campaigns, Eventa struggled to invest in a long-term SEO strategy.

We developed a comprehensive SEO strategy designed to enhance Eventa’s organic visibility and reduce its reliance on high-cost acquisition channels. This included:
