I managed Google Ads campaigns for a restaurant chain aiming to increase online orders and expand its customer base. When I took over, the acquisition costs were significantly high, limiting growth potential. By restructuring the Google Ads accounts for centralized management, implementing Performance Max and Search campaigns, and leveraging first-party data, I optimized performance dramatically.

One key strategy involved integrating the client's customer data—not for retargeting, but to exclude existing customers with high repeat purchase rates. This allowed us to focus the budget on acquiring new customers, maximizing the effectiveness of every euro spent.

The primary challenge was to enhance the online presence of a three-agency real estate group in Southern France and transform their internet channel into an effective sales and prospecting tool. The group's website was underperforming and couldn't be modified, limiting their online marketing effectiveness. They needed a strategy to bypass the website's limitations and directly engage potential clients.

To address the challenge, we shifted focus from website traffic to promoting the group's phone number as the primary online call to action (CTA), supplemented by encouraging agency visits. We utilized Google Ads search campaigns with precise geographic targeting, relevant keywords, and targeted audiences crucial in real estate.

Over three years, we refined targeting to focus on high-performing keywords, competitor prospects, brand protection, and upscale clientele. We also excluded irrelevant keywords and monitored call management, adjusting strategies to balance call volume and quality.
