HealthTap allows users to ask health questions to a network of US-licensed physicians for free via the web or mobile. Users can immediately connect or schedule an appointment with a physician for consultation via video conference, phone call, or text chat.

As a project manager, I helped the client map business needs into requirements. I also managed communication across the organization using Agile techniques.

The client required a radically refreshed user experience to bring their mobile presence into the contemporary era. I led the project's transformation with a team of talented designers and developers. The result was a successful design that the client loved, delivered on time and within budget.

The RISK mobile game is the official digital version of the classic Hasbro board game loved by millions.

My key responsibility was to ensure the realization of ideas and concepts. This involved keeping game development and design teams moving toward deadlines, working collaboratively, and sticking to the same creative and technical vision. I also supported the sales and marketing activities for the game launch.

I led the implementation of the customization process of the tailored online casino platform, meeting the client's specific requirements. Also, I contributed to the UI and UX of the online casino solution in the following ways:

• Project planning and scope definition: Collaborated with stakeholders to define the scope of customization, including features, integrations, and design elements. Ensured alignment with the client's business objectives and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Stakeholder management and communication: Established and maintained regular communication channels to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.

• Risk management and issue resolution: Identified potential risks and developed risk mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines and deliverables.

• Project documentation and reporting: Maintained comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, change requests, and meeting minutes.

Served as a key member of the Agile transformation team and aided in the transformation that led to vastly increased rates such as employee happiness, enhanced collaboration, deployment frequency, and quality of deliveries.

I joined this organization as it already had plans for an Agile transformation. We started by working with a few test teams and projects to create a proof of concept and demonstrate differences to C-level executives. After that, we went with an all-in transformation.

DELIVERABLES
• During the initial transformation effort, 60 people were reorganized from silo departments into Agile business units (tribes) and nine cross-functional Agile teams. I worked on assessing the environment, classifying teams into types (service, product, hybrid) and appropriate methodologies (Kanban and Scrum).
• With a list of categorized teams, we ran initial 3-day training workshops. This aimed to prepare teams for a new type of work that they would continue with their Agile coaches. I was actively involved in designing and running these training sessions for multiple groups.
• Over the long-term tenure, I worked with multiple teams and coached scrum masters, product owners, and whole teams.

The tool enables businesses to speed up the process of building mobile eCommerce apps. The developed framework provided specialized mobile functionalities, from mobile ticketing and vouchers to loyalty cards and in-app mobile payment.

I acted as the product and project manager from product discovery to in-market and go-live.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a project manager, my work included the following:

• Coordinated with the external agency responsible for programming and implementation.
• Communicated and coordinated priorities for designers, developers, and content publishers to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Created, maintained, and updated dynamic timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
• Managed testing of the website before launch, ensuring a bug-free user experience.
• Collaborated with the marketing team to implement a marketing funnel for lead generation.
• Tracked the progression of the project through task management.
