I led a technical team of 40+ developers through the entire software development lifecycle, from inception and production to release and infrastructure setup. As the accountable project manager, I oversaw the financials and resourcing of labor, hardware, and software with a yearly budget of $14+ million and an overall project budget of over $80 million. I presented the project status weekly to the executive committee.

FRTB: Fundamental Review of Trading Books

Managed the development of the data warehouse and scenario generation engine from inception to deployment.

With a team of over 20 onshore and offshore developers, business analysts, and testers, I led the entire development and project cycle to deliver a data warehouse and scenario generation engine for capital market risk management. It was part of the capital market risk management system in compliance with the FRTB requirements. I managed the project from inception and scope to production releases.

Cloudera Upgrade

Drove the Cloudera upgrade project from scoping and testing to a production upgrade.

I spearheaded the entire cycle of the Cloudera upgrade. It started with impact analysis, identifying the scope, integration points, and testing approach. I managed the architecture team, vendor, quality assurance engineers, developers, and the organization's release management.

Microservices Rearchitecture

Managed a re-architectural project from design to production release, including defining MVPs and leading the entire software development lifecycle.
