The project was designed to implement an SAP-based financial reverse factoring solution for the vendors supplying components and raw materials to Bosch entities worldwide.

I managed the program to develop and implement the IT solution on SAP, partnering with the technology teams at the partner banks.

Served as a project manager to develop a vendor invoice management solution on SAP for seven legal entities across China and EMEA.

I delivered an invoice management solution with SAP and Salesforce integration. I coordinated with all stakeholders, including vendors for Salesforce and invoice digitization (OCR), successfully providing an integrated solution.

The program involved collaborating with the vendor team and internal development teams to build a travel video streaming service for over a million users visiting the site annually. The initiative also required integrating a new video player across company websites by migrating out of the old video player provider and implementing new players across company websites. I was responsible for leading the initiative across the company, leading the vendor and internal development teams, and collaborating with product owners and the CTO to deliver the multi-year initiative.

The project involved implementing a full redesign of the UX and UI for the travel websites, including the dates and prices sections. I was responsible for leading cross-functional projects across video, content, marketing, CRM, DW, product build, analytics, UX design, and web development teams. The initiative involved back-end development with CRM, analytics, DW teams, and full-stack development in the D&P web development teams. The project had three phases, which were all delivered on time by ensuring a close collaboration with all stakeholders and leadership.
