- Defined the standards for project management within MindIT. This included implementing and sharing tools and techniques, best practices, and applications of project procedures to standardize methodologies and realize economies.

QMS Automation Project
Oversaw the entire project, including the design, development, implementation, analysis, testing, documentation, and training for a new web-based, user‐friendly QMS automation system.
The project allowed the school to extract the required performance indicators, PIs, and key performance indicators KPIs in real time through an administrative dashboard. The project team consisted of eight people and was done in less than two years.
High-end Data Center
Managed the design and build of a Tier-2 data center of 320 square meters and containing 78 cabinets with a total power of 600 KW. The project was executed by eight different companies who all reported and were directed by myself.
Open Source CRM
Installed, configured and customized an Open Source CRM system to meet the specific needs and requirements of the sales, support, and project management departments in MindIT.
Achieved higher efficiency through integration with G-Suite (Email / Calendar / Contacts).
The CRM was used by 15 users among different departments. The sales department managed their sales pipeline through customers, leads, and opportunities. The support department managed all support requests. The project management department, through a special customization, managed different task assignments and projects.
The system was hosted locally with online access.
Secure Messaging Solution
Managed a team of six DevOps members to deliver a secure messaging solution for iOS and Android.
The SMP application exchanges encrypted messages with the below features:
App to app voice calls
Send a photo: camera or gallery
Send a voice note: directly on the chat screen
Send a video: similar to uploading big files
Self destruct message
OTF message (on the fly: messages disappear when you close the window)
PPM: panic pin mode, used when a user sends a distress signal to management
Evacuation mode: by entering the evacuation pin, the app will immediately wipe all its data
Geofencing: restrict access to the app and its services inside a specific area
Sector 7 mode: users are given the ability to access other contacts based on their user setup configuration.
Real Estate Workflow and Project Management
Documented and enhanced the fund process workflow and defined the different stages and roles within three months, achieving more accuracy and faster processing times.
• Set up the process on ClickUp, created the templates, and mapped the roles with tasks and responsibilities.
• Prepared and led relevant training workshops.
