I managed several modifications of the SAS Common Data Model (CDM) and internal “back-end” processes that prepare the audience file for export to the various external vendor channels. These back-end processes include the creation of a unique identifier (UID) used to develop barcodes and the recording of contact history into a data warehouse–making it available for enhanced customer segmentation.

I also designed a new business context within SAS Customer Intelligence (CI) Studio, which included four subject IDs, an enhanced campaign brief, a streamlined treatment creation process, custom process nodes, calculated items, new communication and export definitions, and a campaign approval workflow.
