I managed several modifications of the SAS Common Data Model (CDM) and internal “back-end” processes that prepare the audience file for export to the various external vendor channels. These back-end processes include the creation of a unique identifier (UID) used to develop barcodes and the recording of contact history into a data warehouse–making it available for enhanced customer segmentation.

I also designed a new business context within SAS Customer Intelligence (CI) Studio, which included four subject IDs, an enhanced campaign brief, a streamlined treatment creation process, custom process nodes, calculated items, new communication and export definitions, and a campaign approval workflow.

I successfully led the development and timely launch of a revolutionary biotech kit-based product. By utilizing project management excellence tools and aligning plans with company objectives, I ensured efficient execution of cross-functional projects. With transparent updates, streamlined processes, and strong collaboration, I achieved the successful product launch within the timeframe.

As a program manager, I successfully oversaw and executed various responsibilities related to data warehousing and analytics within the global logistics domain. I efficiently managed both technical and administrative aspects, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance. With a keen eye for detail, I effectively coordinated diverse business functions such as transportation, distribution, warehousing, inventory management, and budgeting across multiple continents, including Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Moreover, I played a pivotal role in establishing a centralized decision support solution, specifically tailored for the manufacture of pharmaceutical products, enabling streamlined processes and enhanced efficiency.

As a scrum master at this free online marketplace vendor, I successfully managed multiple teams concurrently, including a back-end and front-end team, within the software industry. By serving as a bridge between product managers and developers, I facilitated daily standup ceremonies, retrospectives, and strategic discussions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. I played a vital role in backlog grooming and planning sessions, organizing requirements, and prioritizing the backlog. My autonomous approach in managing agile projects and deep familiarity with software development contributed to the seamless execution of tasks and the overall success of the company’s operations.

I integrated ServiceNow and PagerDuty to create this seamless monitoring, alerting, and notification solution.

I also staffed and trained the support staff. I used the Performance Analytics and Spotlight features of ServiceNow and delivered compelling business results with the proactive use of business KPIs and operational reporting.

I provided direct technical, project, and management support for a 17-member team in the design, development, and implementation of a Clinical Data Repository (Clinical Data Warehouse), web-based client reporting, and various research/analytical tools. The first iteration was delivered in four months and provided the foundation for the enterprise data warehouse. The warehouse now supports all aspects of patient care and research at the hospital.

I also determined the business impact, ROI, and risk associated with the project. I prepared the supporting documentation, presented it to hospital committees, and tracked and regularly reported progress and status against project goals.

I formed and led a diverse cross-functional team of business and technical members to design and build a foundation to support data requirements for all clinical investigation activities. This effort resulted in an analysis model consisting of several clinics within the hospital.

Organized, planned, and coordinated all data warehouse project activities. Directed the transfer of project and support responsibility to the client’s outsource/off-shore partner (IBM). Planned and coordinated the transfer of operational knowledge of the data warehouse to the outsourcing partner.

Developed, implemented, and managed a project tracking application for all resource efforts. Directly contributed to the client’s implementation of their enterprise project management software package, IBM’s Rational Portfolio Manager (RPM). Transferred all project information into RPM.

Led the architectural efforts of all Central Data Warehouse (CDW) and integrated data mart (IDM) designs for the new, multi-million dollar, strategic enterprise business intelligence (EBI) initiative. Personally directed all cross-functional team efforts to integrate the data model designs into the MicroStrategy and Informatica strategies.

Designed and implemented the project’s test environment. Drafted all necessary test documentation, including migration (from development to test to production) procedures and test cases. Contributed to the design and implementation of the testing and bug-tracking application. Managed all daily test processes.
